I had put in an auction bid on 27-Sep-2007 for Sony Ericsson W950i PDA mobile phone and was declared a winner for the same on 28-Sep-2007.
I got an SMS and an email confirmation for being the winner **for the same.When I checked the status under My Auctions section, I got the order number also for the same: 200297353.But when I checked it again the next day, the order was not appearing in the section.
After regular followups with the customer care department I got to know that I am not the winner for the bid and they will not be able to give me any thing. They say that it was due to some technical fault.
I found this very disgusting and frustrating as it has caused so much of time wastage for me and I will not recommend the website to any of my friends.
I would like to reiterate that this kind of behaviour is not expected from a group like times of india. **Please don’t use this site at all for putting any BIDs. These people are fooling others and wasting their time.
