I brought a whirlpool washing machine order no 3002716867 from this site on 5th of October. The expected delivery date given by them was 25th of October(20 days, Are they out of their mind). I would have never brought the product from them but other sites did not offer delivery to Meerut and I wanted to give a surprise to my mother so I ordered from their site. What I had thought was that they would have thought about the worst case scenario and so chose to give this date.
After waiting for 17 days I was very impatient and finally called them as I did not receive any message or email call from them to inform me if my order was shipped. To my surprise the customer care said that your delivery date is 25th and the order has not been shipped till now so please wait till 25th. I thought or waiting another 2 days and called on 24th. This time they said that they have not shipped the order till now please expect a delay of 2-3 day. What is this man! Have they been sleeping for last 20 days. Even after 20 days they say please expect a delay. I asked him about the refund procedure, to which he said that refund would take 5-10 working days. So I thought of waiting another 2 days.
Finally I called him today on 26th October and they said the product has not been shipped till now . I have been calling them everyday for last 3 days and register a complaint with them. The best part is every-time a call them and ask for the delivery date all of them have a standard line: Sorry to inform you that we are unable to provide you exact date of your order delivery as we are not authorized for same.
What the hell is this! Dude you guys are into online shopping if this is how you will work I dont think you will last longer in this competitive market. Even after 20 days they cant provide me an exact date. What a joke. I myself work in Amazon, one thing I learnt here is customer obsession. Indiatimes are continuously degrading their brand by providing such a bad customer experience. I have thought of Monday as my last day, if I still dont get the product I will cancel the order. The best part is customer care would themselves say: Sir would you like to raise a complaint or you can cancel the order as if they want show "We dont care! "
Overall: Worst experience of online shopping ever. Aisi websites ki wajah se aapka online shopping se bharosa hi uth jata hai. Ghatia customer care, ghatia delivery, aur sabse ghatia timeliness. Aaj mai sabke saamne shapath khake kehti hun yeh meri Indiatimes shopping se pehli aur aakhri ordered cheez thi. Aur aaj ke baad mai galti se bhi aisi galti kabhi nhi karungi . Aur saath hi saath Facebook aur Twitter par bhi sabko update karungi ki woh aisi bhool na kare. Aur haan agar Monday tak bhi deliver nhi hota hai toh "Consumer Forum" me complaint zaroor karungi.
