TIME STANDS STILL WITH SHOPPING INDIATIMES

order number with indiatimes shopping 3001271549. I had registered a complaint against wrong delivery. I was delivered a San Disk 16GB usb flash drive instead of the Karpersky Security 2012 I had ordered.

The SanDisk 16GB flash drive was returned to the courier service last week. It took two months for them to collect back the wrong product that was delivered to me.

I am awaiting the delivery of Karpersky Security 2012. I don’t see any reason for the delay in delivery of the order I had ordered in the month of JULY. Yes, it is more than two months since I ordered the Karpersky Security 2012 and the matter should have been resolved by 25/07/2012
