I ordered a Galaxy Grand on June 16th. Order No. 3002425756. I have not received the shipping details yet, and I have to gift it, and they say they will provide it by 20th. I had known about their service, but that was long back , so I thought they must have mend themselves, I hope they do prove me wrong.

So, finally I got my product in perfect condition yesterday. Only problem I faced was in getting the shipment id, which they tend to give late. I think, with such less prices one should not expect them to be good at delivery too. I got Grand for 17160/-, whereas flipkart was retailing at 19500/-, and thats quite a lot. They just tend to delay the shipment it a bit, but they certainly will ship it.
But they seriously need to work on their shipment process.
