I purchased a nokia c1-02 on 26-jul-2011 order no. 113156683. From the product images on display and the detailed product information available on the website i got a clear impression that all four colours are available. Nowhere on the webpage it was mentioned that there is no colour choice.
When i placed the order i gave specific instructions for the seller not to send black and plum color. Here are the exact instructions (bold and italics mine)(also see the attached image):-
My first color choice is blue second color choice is grey please don’t send black or red/plum. If you do not have my choice colors please refund my payment. I will not accept if i receive black or red/dark plum. But to my complete disappointment i received a black colour phone. I fail to understand as to why and who played this studious mischief. I reported this matter immediately upon receipt of the product on 05-aug-2011.
I have not opened the phone’s box and its company seals are intact . Now i would like to either exchange this color for blue or grey, or issue refund in case replacement is not possible.
I received a reply from mr. Sunil kumar on 05-sep-2011 that the item will be replaced. Later mr. Sumit informed that it is not possible, why two versions from the same company? Its pathetic!
