I had ordered for their video ad of "14pc home decor combo" on 12.3.2015 over phone, after several deliberately negligent responses, from quite a few call-representatives.
The delivery was promised on 19.3.2015, but arrived on 25.3.2015 to kolkata.
Rs399/- extra was charged for the parcel delivery, which was nowhere stated in the ads or web.
Upon opening the parcel carton, I was shocked to find that, the bedsheets were of design and colours, other than that shown. AND, instead of the "kashmiri designed poly-vicose carpet" as promised, some other yellow coloured rug long matt -type item was given.
When I phoned, for complaining about replacement with the correct item, I was told to return the parcel on my own, at my own cost and responsibility.
