I have already posted about my horrible experience of purchasing a dual sim card , touch screen mobile phone... This is to update all about the latest...its been about 35 days.. still no refund!!!! I have returned the phone for a refund.. got a confirmation that they have received the package as per their requirements on 31st Oct.... refund will reach me in 7 working days.. next day a mail comes which says refund will be within 15-20 working days.
The clock started from 31st of Oct.. today is 5th dec... no sign of money .. no calls from them explaining why the delay.. not even a courtesy call irrespective of my repeated calls and mails. I talked to a customer care executive an hour ago.. he is not sure of what is going on. They keep on repeating some pre-set dialogues as usual.. I think my money has gone down the drain. I have to post this so that noone else will be victims for this kind of frauds. I think Our country does not have any effective measures to protect customers interests.. what can we do collectively to make these people learn to treat us better?Take it to the media?? a collective campaign something like that. Any ideas guys??
