Hi, I have ordered and paid online Rs.750 + for a portable sewing machine on 6th Dec.2011, no delivery of the product is done. Till today even after contacting more than a dozen times to office on phone and on mail gives stereotyped replay we are investigating the case of non delivery of the product from the vendor or courier.
Please bear with us for 2-3 days and you will have your products. But no sign of product. This is the most dishonest online for a serious buyer. Don’t fall in line by looking at products.
There is no one except the BPO people sitting at Delhi and talking to Bangalore. No local office or officer more than BPO workers. I did ask for the officer in charge, the refused to give and interact.
For a company like TOI, from which we reading news paper for the past 40 yrs, this is the most gruesome treatment for online buyers. At least some officer in-charge should talk of communicate.
God help me to get the product or my money back.
