I have purchased a Lumia 920 on 12th Jan. Since then theres not been a single update to the order. Worst part is they have a process called payment Verification(not sure what the hell does that mean, on the order page its showing payment successful).
Till now they have not done the payment verification. I have called in 4 times and they always say we will ask the case manager to give you a call back. But to my amazement I have not recieved a single call back. Today they asked me to wait for 24 hours for call back (if thats the time for call back, Im concerned about the time they will take to resolve the problem)
Also 1 more issue the product details said the expected shipping time as 10 days and still they gave me the expected delivery date of 28th Jan.
Im waiting till tomorrow otherwise will cancel the order. No matter what happens next this has been my worst online shopping experience. I get faster responses and delivery from Amazon US and UK.
