Hi, This is regarding the Nokia Lumia 620 order I have done on 14th April 2013 (Order id:3002206493). Though I have paid the entire amount and the expected delivery date was 25th April, I didn’t get the product on time.
When I have checked in the website it is showing, on 22nd its cancelled and one more order was placed (id:3002240580). On the same day itself that order was also cancelled. Then I have made frequent calls to the customer care and got different replies from each customer care executives.
Finally a new order was placed yesterday and it shows the expected delivery date as 11th May. In short I need to wait for almost 1 month to get a product, that too the date is not guaranteed. It is really disgusting from India times shopping and with this corrupt practice they have destroyed the reputation of entire online business.
