I placed order for micromax bolt A 47 worth 4225/- 3003050953 on 18.02.2014 on indiatimes shopping to be delivered to my sister on her birthday. The product was supposed to be delivered within 6-8 days. On 25.02.2014, I received a call that since the ordered product is not in stock, they can substitute the product with other model. By that time my sister’s birthday had already passed. I asked them if the product was not available, why the hell my order was booked and payment was deducted. .but the call centre ppl showed their helplessness. I enquired with them when the new order will be delivered. They promised that urgent delivery has been marked n the product will b delivered by 01.03. 2014.
When I did not receive the product by that time, I called them on 05.03.2014 and to my utter agony I got to know that the product was not even dispatched. Again call centre people started giving their excuses to get you and again started apologising n again 3-4 days. But I had realized that I was taken for a ride.I felt like being cheated on having believed on a fraud portal I.e. Indiatimes shopping.and finally I cancelled my order and the money will be refunded after 10-12 days. Worst online shopping experience all thanks to indiatimes.I will advise others never to trust indiatimes shopping.worthless site.
