I have ordered for Apple iPad mini 16GB tablet on 14th march 2013. The delivery date is suppose to be 22nd march and shipment date is 18th march. Since this is a gift I am so concerned on the date. But the product is yet to be shipped as of 21st march. Infact I have even raised a complaint regarding the shipment on 19th march.
And I am yet to receive a call from their side. When I called up CC they are asking for 24-48hrs time and I waited and now contacted their chat support but they are again asking for 24hrs to get back just wrt to the complaint. If they are yet to respond on complaint when are they gonna ship the product and when am I gonna receive the same? No proper support from the customer care team. There are no urgnet escalations available as well.
This is my hard earned money and I gotta feel like I am wasnt it by shopping with them. Friends, a big no to u folks who are reading here to shop with them. Be it my enemy rather, a big no to them. I will be happy if I can receive the product on the D day, 25th march at least. I will revisit the site and will surely give positive reviews if I get the product on that date.
