I placed an order on 14/10/2013 for 2pcs of LG Nexus 4 phones on Indiatimesshoping.com.
And till date( 30/10/2013) I regret my decision of doing so.It is the worst website ever and the people there are just running a scam to fool innocent buyers who are paying their hard earned money and filling the pockets of these SCUMBAGS.
Till date no response has come from the company’s end except for false promises(complain no 1128179), From Customer care I just get the same response that ”sir please stay calm and patient and no need to worry.
We have escalated the matter and you will receive a callback from case manager. So kindly wait 24 to 48 hours” And that’s the only thing they know.
Product’s expected delivery date was 23/10/2013 and when I inquired on that day after no response, they say that product is packed and will soon be shipped & till date 30/10 same excuse.
And to my surprise, today( 30/10/2013) when I called them they say that the product has been shipped through Blue Dart, so I asked them for the AWB no and they say that they don’t have the AWB no. with them. Now I don’t know what will happen next.
