Indiatimes Shopping, can you explain why do you keep contacting the recipient of the order? Just because the agents are not provided enough resources to make international calls, you keep screwing up your customer emotions.
I dont understand why has Times of India group opened this service when they cant manage it. Firstly, you screwed up the surprise for my wife, you have an arrogant customer care dept, your agents do not know the timeline when the order can be delivered and give false assurance to customers, and even the head is not responsible enough to handle customer complaints. And you cant even provide enough training and resources to your agents on how to handle customer orders, requests and complaints. Please. CLOSE THIS BUSINESS! You are not meant for it.
