I bought Samsung Grand Duos from Indiatimes Shopping (Order Number: 3002292006). However I wanted to cancel the order later. The customer care executive said that as the order could not be cancelled at that stage, I should refuse the delivery. However even after refusing the delivery on 15 May 2013 the order is yet to get cancelled for the refund to happen. I chat again on 24th to be told that my case has been marked on a priority basis. I chat again on 27th to be promised a call back from some Mr. Shobhit bhalla with in a day as my case has been ESCALATED (These terms are just a big joke that this company uses to make you fool)..
Today has passed. No call. It seems the company is running a chit fund business and all these delays in delivery reported by other members and delays in refund are just to make money out of the small amounts of money that we deposit for the product. A request to the joker who keeps pasting stereotyped replies to reviews on this forum, please do not post stereotyped replies to my review please. We are not kids. In case you can update us on some real and true information out of the black hole named Indiatimes Shopping, you are always welcome.
