I booked two microwave through Times Shopping website.The details given below:
Order id:3001434697. Order date:3rd Sept.
After 10 days I didn’t received my product then I called customer care and after getting my call (not from your side) they confirmed that within 29th Sept I will received my product. But on 24/09 I received a mail regarding the cancellation of my order after 21 days.So after taking such a long period they are saying that now they will not able to send that products.
So come to my situation now and try to understand that:
1. I ordered it for some gifting purpose and commit someone.
2. I blocked my money unnecessarily for 21 days.
As they got the money in advance , they started giving me baseless promises & fake reasons for delaying in delivery and later cancel my oder with fake reason. But I kept on enquiring them about my product status, they rarely call me back. I have spend lot on calling these people.Now they sent back my cash to my account but I want compensation for my suuffering and interest of hold my cash.
I sincerely request you to make them realise the power of a consumer in india. Also ask them to give some penalty in charge of my sufferings and mobile bill and find out best solution for that. Reply as soon as possible with sufficient solution.
