So I bought flowers on 12th Feb and condition were clear that if we buy before 13th Feb 12 pm we will get delivery for sure on 14th and today is 14th and its 830 pm no delivery. Called customer care it/s the untrained customer care answer what I get is "by chance it will be deliver today " wow by chance. Is this how you treat your customer? I Want full refund of my money.

Ridiculous. I received item and look what I got. I ordered red carnations and received normal roses that to like 2-3 days old rose. And the guy who delivered he was so acting dumb I asked him what is this he was acting dumb like he dont know anything. Raise a claim of cancellation received a call saying that we cannot cancel its not in our hand then why the hell you took the order and when I said I received normal roses not carnation look at her reply. Thank you for shopping with us and she hanged the call. WOW.
And I saw a cake box it was smashed into half I asked what is that? he said sir wait .. I do not know what will happen to they guy who ordered a cake ..
