Going through the reviews on mouthshut.com, it looks as if all online shopping sites are fraud and offer very bad service. But I disagree. I think the reason being - only people with bad experience care to write the reviews. Happy customers don’t care once they get their due. So let me share my good experience and urge all others to share all experiences - Good as well as bad. Then only we will get clear picture about any company.
I ordered an AC on 21st Feb ; with 19% discount . And I was expecting it after 15-20 days. But to my uter surprise , it was delivered after just 2 days, ie 24th Feb. And in undamaged condition. What more can one ask.
