PRODUCT NOT DELIVERED ON TIME

I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER TO PURCHASE KARBONN A9+ MOBILE ON 19-01-2012 AND PAID THE AMT THROUGH CREDIT CARD. MY ORDER NO IS 3001910405. I WAS INFORMED THAT I WILL GET MY PRODUCT LATEST BY 02-02-2013, BUT STILL TODAY THEY HAVE NOT EVEN SHIPPED THE PRODUCT.  I HAVE CALLED NUMBER OF TIMES TO THEIR OFFICE, BUT WAS INSTRUCTED THAT THEY HAVE CREATED MY CASE ID AND RELEVANT CASE MANAGER WILL CONTACT ME FOR THE SAME.


THEY ARE NEITHER GIVING ME THE CONTACT NUMBER OF THE CASE MANAGER NOR I AM GETTING ANY RESPONSE REGARDING SHIPMENT DATE OF MY PRODUCT. I AM VERY MUCH DISSATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICES AND REPLIES....
