I purchased the sanyo microwave oven( 20L with Grill) through indiatimes shopping I was worried after reading the reviews about this and asked the call centre guys when I will get it.
they told I will get it in 12 days after booking it.
The credit card processing also done very well and in time.
i got the microwave over( in bangalore home delivered) with 6 days with out any problem.
the condition of the oven is also good brand new and I am quite happy with the performance of this product.
i am very happy with india times guys service. I am not sure about other but for me they have given
good service.
They even delivered product to my home on 6th days of ordering.
i think they might have improved a lot . the call centre guys are also good.
totally I didn’t face any hicups with my order. every thing went smoothly.
