I had ordered "Philips Steam Iron - GC1903-21" with the order ID 3002884538.
It was supposed to be delivered to me by 26th Dec 2013 but its 2nd Jan 2014 today and I am still waiting for it.
I have sent them many mails and reminders but these guys haven’t bothered to reply.
The height of un-professionalism and casual attitude is that they have given me wrong tracking ID for the courier through which the product was to be delivered.
Shame on you guys. I would recommend not to buy any stuff with such a casual website.
