This is my worst online experience. Beware people of this irresponsible online portal. I have been waiting for this order from last 15 days for a gold coin as this was a birthday gift for my brother & there has been no communication from there side I just rcvd a confirmation mail stating that my order will be delivered by 22nd DEC2012, however they have not even shipped the order yet.... after calling your customer care thrice I got connected & spoken to Mr SUNIL JANGIR, whom I asked to transfer the call to supervisor which he denied(complaint # 592947),
I dont know y supervisors of ur company afraid to speak to there valuable customers. If I dont rcv my order within 2 days time, i will be cancelling this order & will let other people wut u do after taking ur customers money in ur bank & then don’t bother to communicate even.Order # 3001778276.
