I have ordered a sony vaio laptop with an order ID 3002110703 on 13 march....the expected delivery date is 27 march(14 days)current status of delivery what I can see on their website is still the same i.e order placed, what it was 12 days before.i called the cust. care on 22 march quoting the issue.they told me I should be patient as I m going to get my order on time anyway.(ha ha ha).
again after 3 days on 25march I called them quoting the same issue..now they are telling me that my order will be delayed and will finally reach to me by 10 april.(28 days)(WTF).and given me a complain ID 764590..which is not very colorful and I compel to celebrate my holi with that..they totally disappointed me ruined my holi mood.
Such an irresponsible guys they are..giving false promises. Now atleast deliver on 10 april and save a little shame..
