I got an offer from Indiatimes Shopping for Nokia 701. I immediately ordered for it, as I had ordered for TV before, and I got it shipped within a day. Based on this experience, I went ahead and ordered for a Nokia 701.
This order was given on the 2nd of April, 2012. Its been a week, and the product has not been delivered to me. The tracking number given to me is an invalid number. All the Customer Care Executives are giving lame excuses and for more time, but the problem isnt solved yet. I was assured a delivery time of 3-5 days. But its been a week and Indiatimes.com hasnt been able to track my product.
The courier company confirms that this product hasnt even reached their company, and Indiatimes claims that the product has been shipped through Aramex. I am going to wait for the next 24 hrs. If I do not get an answer from them, I am cancelling my order, requesting for a refund and I promise to never order on Indiatimes.com.
I hope that atleast the cancellation process is smooth on Indiatimes.com.
