This has always been a practice for me to check the product prices from Net and then Must watch for negative/Positive responses at MouthShut_Official.com, then only I take a decision to trust a product/service.
Although I was in the process to finalize an Android Phone( even if I not a very Mobile addicted one) I have shortlisted Samsung Galaxy Star and the least price provided by indiatimes, com. then I have gone through the reviews placed by our fellow members on the particular site, Frankly Speaking I got a bit of nervous but still gathered some courage to order my first online mobile phone through shopping.indiatimes.com today, vide order Number: 3002402221 by paying Rs.4590 for a white color Samsung Galaxy Star.
Lets see what happens to my Order/Money/Mobile in coming days, although they claim to deliver the product by 19th June 2013 in the coming day in between l will keep updating the status/proceedings my fellow members though MouthShut_Official.com and also shall update my rating status too.
Mean while I wish a "All the best for my luck" from all my fellow members so that I could get my ordered mobile without any problem/Follow ups.
Update as on Day 2: the Order Status has been given with Blue dart Courier AWB number. Although I have tried to track https://m.mouthshut.com/blue rel="nofollow" target="_blank" >@blue dart web site, No information available on movement/transit. Lets See...
Update as on Day 3: I have been called up by their customer care/Escalation Team and confirmed about the shipping has been done and expected to get the product by 17th June. as confirmed by them I could track the way bill numberhttps://m.mouthshut.com/blue rel="nofollow" target="_blank" >@blue dart site after 24Hrs.
Update as on Day 4: I could find the waybill in Blue dart web site and is Under Transit and expected date provided is 14th June. I am bit relaxed and Hence increased rating of their Product/Service level to +1.
Update as on Day 5: Got a call from Escalating team of indiatimes shopping about the receipt of product. In the tracking website at Blue dart says the same status i, e. Under Transit and Expected delivery by 14th June 2014(that is today), Product not even moved from New Delhi till yesterday. Deaf and Dumb customer care team at Blue Dart who can only give N numbers of Beautiful reasons of Delay in delivery. infact they dont have any update about the transition. Upon inquiry they will provide you the same information that you view on tracking website. Indiatimes shopping is Loosing their reputation/Trust from customers because of such Useless courier service, Must consider alternate to Blue Dart.
Update As on Day 6:Finally I have received my mobile today even before 2days that is Expected date was 17th June 2013 and I received on 15th June.
Overall a Good Service from Shopping@Indiatimes.com. Hence I have improved their ranking to Excellent. Keep it Up Indiatimes.com.
