I had ordered Toshiba LCD TV Model 32HV10 through shopping.timesofindia.com on 07 July 12. On 11 July 12 I got a message that the order has been created. Within half an hour again I got a message that the order is cancelled. When I contacted their customer support they told me that there was some problem in Gift Coupon redemption, but he was not clear and advised me to email to customer support.
I send an email same day and they are not even bothered to reply till now. On 13 Jul 12 one of the customer care representative rang me up to inform that the money is being refunded due to non availablity of Toshiba TV where as even today the item is shown available on their website. I hope tomorrow they will again come with some lies.
If anyone had same type of problem please advice me how get rid of this.
