Please dont order anything from Indiatimes shopping. You will have your worst experience. Don’t fall into their trap by their offers. Speaking of my experience, I ordered two pair of shoes from shopping @ Indiatimes and they delivered only one product and made me pay for two products. I opened the seal to check the order, and I found only one pair. And the delivery guy was from Fedex. They ignored to take my complaint. I filed a complaint on Indiatimes about incomplete order and they promised to solve my problem in two days.
They didn’t and I have kept calling the customer care from the past two weeks none of them helped me out. I suffered a loss of Rs.1206 and I even spoke to the manager Mr.Anuj on 23/3/14 at 4 pm and he said he would call me back within 24 hours, and even he didn’t show up. my order no is "3003105191".
Such a cheap web, cheating people, and its not just me, they are many more people with many more issues with shopping at Indiatimes.
