5month ago I have received an email from shopping.indiatimes.com. they offer some product at very low price. I think all product are original, and order one headphone ( Rs.165).
And one pair of leather shoes( Rs.250) . total menoy is paid through debit card becouse cash on delivery is not availble on my address. after 10-12days shoes shoes delivared to me but headphone not received and the shoes no. is 8 but I order no. 6. then I contact to customer care and they said headphone is delivared after few days and shoes is exchange after returning.
After 2day I have returned this shoes but don’t not received any shoes and headphone. Then I call customer care again and again and they said thay will contact me as soon as. But I have’t received any product or refund
