My order 3002851716 is partially delivered. In combo deal only one item which is of very less price is delivered. The actual items was not delivered till now. Since had seems other e-commerce sites delivering combo items separately I was waiting for few days. I called customer care representative who was very rude and refused to take complaint.
When I wrote to their customer care, they closed the case immediately without any investigation from their side by replying back ‘Sorry to inform you that as per our policy you should have intimated us regarding the same within 24 hours from the time of delivery as we are not able to entertain your complaint now.’
This is the first time I ordered something from indiatimes shopping and I have this very bad experience where I was cheated openly. From the feedback on many websites and my own experience, this is definitely a cheating and fraudulent business.
Please don’t purchase form this company. I never had this kind of problem with other e-commerce sites like FirstCry.com, Zansaar.com, rediff shopping etc.
