Please stay away from **shopping India times**, if you don’t want to lose your hard earned money.
I have ordered one Whirlpool refrigerator on 26th Aug.
Order number:3002628889.
Expected/Actual delivery date: 14th September.
Today is 17th Sept. Till now I have not got any information from their side when the product will be shipped or why the delivery is getting delayed.
I tried to find out the status by calling them, they simply say it may take 5 to 6 days more. When I confirmed delivery date, there was no proper ans they said we have raised an issue and our case manger will call you.
Till now I have not got any call from their side, also when I tried to check the status of that case online I was more shocked by seeing that they have mentioned case resolution date as 30th Sept, which means I may get the delivery of product by 30th Sept or it may further delayed.
Now you can understand how they are looting us. They display low prices of product to get our money, later they will keep on delaying the delivery for a month and more, by doing that they will be investing our money in different places and will be getting good earning on that.
On the other side we are getting fool by waiting for the product delivery. at last by frustration we will cancel our order and in that case money return we also take one more month, so overall they are going to block our hard earned money for at least two month whether you cancel order or take delivery.
So all please beware of them don’t fall to their low price trap, if you want to keep your hard earned money safe, stay away from India times shopping.
