I purchased Sony Ericsson mobile sometime in Jul. I was happy to receive the product on time. However, I did not receive the invoice. I was bit too busy to follow up on this. My phone has some technical issue and the service center guys asked for the invoice copy to ensure it was under warranty.
I contacted the Indiatimes to have the invoice copy emailed to me. They have taken more than 2 weeks but still not yet sent the email. escalations does not yield any fruitful results. They just send a pre-typed email and do not respond later. Very Very Very Poor Customer Care Service from Inidatimes.
My recommendation is Dont buy anything from them. If you buy, dont expect any customer service.
