With no reason they will just lie on us saying that ’you will get the product on expected delivery date’. My expected delivery date was on 25th july (Ie 10 days after placing the order) and on 26th July morning I got email and msg that my item has been shipped, and its gonna take another 1 week to deliver.
Yesterday When I had chat with these executives, they simply lie that I will get the product on 25th. And expecting the delivery even late I just waited delaying my travel. The same executive said that my item is just packed and you will get it today itself. They are just making us fool saying all these.
I placed the order after making full payment. I think they are giving priority to ’Cash on delivery customers’ so that they wont loose the order.
Any way, if you have already ordered you product, just don’t worry, u will get it, but only up on there convenience. Don’t believe in the delivery date. And while we have chat with them, they will say ’Sir we will make a note for fast delivery’ that’s simple another lie.
