I have ordered a samsung tab on 13th march with order id : 3002112254 and they suppose to deliver by 18th and should reach me by 22nd. Today 20th and they did not ship my item. when I call their CC, they directly raised a case(753261) with out even getting into details where is the issue(fishy).. Also the case resolution time is by April 5th where as promised delivery date is 22nd.
After reading all reviews here am very much scared and felt I was cheated by Indiatimes and wrote review here.
They took it very serious and assigned a escalation manager Shobhit, who really convinced me that they gonna soon deliver my product. After 3 days shobit came back saying they will take 2 to 3 days more. Again this repeated one more time, But each time shobhit came up with a story, may be it was the truth from their side, but he would manage to convince me and told me to wait for some more time.
Atlast two days back they shipped my product and I got the shipment details. They delivered it via dhelivery courier and it took hardly two days to deliver to my home in Bangalore.
The product is as described and I got my stuffed shipped as expected.
