I have purchase Samsung s duos on 17th Aug’13 from India Times...But till now they are not able to send/ship my order..I had a chat with there care Team and They are not really helpful..
Its been almost a week but they did not update any shipping details of my order and also I cancelled the another order and they have not refunded me yet what the hell is happening with them. Is India Times shopping really a Times Group Product I made a mistake by Going with the name of Tata’s.
I usually buy at least 4-5 items online every month and this is my first transaction with India Times Shopping. I have never experienced such delay with other online stores.
I Regret shopping with them.
