The payment was successful. The company shipped the product through AFL courier which did not service my area, and it was returned automatchandru021y.

I requested a refund and had been trying to convince them ever since that the amount was not refunded to my account. It is been over an year and I am really tired.
I have made numerous calls and send so many emails, including copy of my bank statement to the each and every contacts they gave me.
Every month I get reassured that the problem will be solved.
The company says that it is my banks fault and gives me fake transaction numbers, each time a different one.
I am a regular online buyer and my bank never cheated me (State Bank Of Travencore).
I would like to end this misery whether or not I am getting my money back.
