I had ordered a Samsung Galaxy S3 on Dtd: 25/10/2013, under order no. 3002759078 and the product was shipped on Dtd: 29/10/2013. I was completely satisfied till that time. An AWB number was also generated and I received a mail that your product has been shipped and you can track the status after 24 hours. But till now I am not able to track the status, I had called them several times regarding this issue, But there customer service is so pathetic that they do not answer to any question.
Thereafter they made a case no. 1145579 regarding the issue with a expected resolution date on 13th Nov 2013, Which is rubbish. Thereafter, they cancelled the case, and when I called them that why did you cancell my case, thee reply was- Our case manager had called you but your phone was busy so we cancelled the case.
I am really worried after reading the reviews that Indiatimes Shopping provide wrong AWB Number, and this time may be I have been fooled.
I will never shop with Indiatimes Shopping again rather I will pay some more money and shop with Flipkart, Which is an excellent online shopping agency with great customer care.
