Please note this as my first official written complaint against India-times Shopping website.
I have made several calls for this one however no joy.
They delivered a RS. 259 product to me instead of my Rs.24, 462 phone and expect me to wait for for a month for my product for which I have already paid for. I could have just visited a store to pick this product up but I landed with hopeless Indiatimes shopping :(

Details: I have made a payment for Rs.24462 which has been received by you and for that I have received a mouse worth rs.259 instead of my LG Nexus 4 Black. Delivery date for the product was supposed to be maximum 4th July, This has been breached as I dont have my phone at hand.
I have spoken to a lot of customer service representatives who are useless, There was no manager available to speak to above him at that time, Are all managers so busy that they cant speak to their customers and arrange for a phone to be sent out to him for which he has paid for.Absolutely pathetic service, I will never recommend anyone to Indiatimes shopping. My experience with flipkart has been great, they have always ordered a replacement in case of mistake in delivering the product
