I recently purchased a set of three woman Capri and t-shirts, and I would really like to tell the public that this was a pathetic quality product which didn’t even last for 5 minutes. The quality of clothes and stitching were so bad that they can not be worn and also not given to the poor.
After raising concerns on the website, they have refused to refund my money stating this is against SOP . yes the executive used the term SOP - Standard Operating Procedure.
Pathetic! Pathetic! Pathetic! Pathetic! Pathetic!
I would urge common man not to purchase anything from the IndiatImes Shopping portal!
