I ordered Samsung Grand mobile on Apr 13, 2013 1:08 PM in https://shopping.indiatimes.com/.
My order number is 3002211188. it is cost 19228 rupees and also they given expected delivery date 2013-04-24 but I didn’t get product from them. I called customer care I asked regarding this they told shipment is done outside this is problem with courier side so they noted compliant and also they told wait for 48 hours.
After 2 days I called them cancel the product and refund my money. They told we didn’t get our product once we receive our product that time we will refund your money. They told wait for 48 hours even I waited that much of time and called again they are telling same message wait for 48 hours. Those 45 days have completed, till date I didn’t get my money and also product.
Can any one help me out this issue?
