I placed order no 3001138156 on 21st May 2012. It was paid for and verified the same day. I am still waiting for delivery for 1 jewellery item of "Pari" brand, ( item number 3 of the order). I do not know who the seller is as it is not shown on the site.
On 31/5/2012, I logged a complaint number 250171, for non-receipt of the item. The customer care says they will "check up". No feedback.
This is a third class site. No delivery, very bad customer support, delays.They are only quick at collecting the payment up front.
Is anyone from shopping.indiatimes.com listening ??
