I have bought a few products on this shopping website. Now, I want to share the ordeal I had been through. A few things consistently annoyed me are:
Shipping charges were very high.
Even though they were giving discounts, it actually used to meet the original price.
It was a picture heavy, so much data was consumed.
When I have requested for the refund of money, in lieu of that, they have tried to make replacement.
The customer service wasn’t to the expectations and moreover, they might quarrel with you.
EMI wasn’t available for the bigger products.
