I placed on order on this company on 20-12-2011 but till date i.e 03-02-2012 no delivery of the product. Numerous call to this company have not yielded any result. Only new delivery dates and that’s all. First I was told that the delay is because I placed the order in Christmas time. Now the standard excuse is that the international hubs have moved elsewhere. Even request to talk to their manager Mr Jackmen has proved futile. The customer care executive has not responded to the E-mail sent in this regard. neither they will tell you who is the owner of this site. This portal charges full 100 % payment but no trace of the ordered item. I regret my decision to order here. I think it would be better to order overseas items on Ebay as they refund the amount if item is not delivered by the promised date. Buyers stay away from this company.

No trace of the ordered item. Now there customer care number : 022-61323232 has also stopped working. Whenever you dial this number you will hear a prerecoded voice that all customer care executives are busy attending to other customers and to be on hold. Even if you wait for half an hour you will always get the same message. whether you call them up at 9 am or 9 pm or any time of the day you will always get the same message. It seems the company has ceased to function and now stands closed. Can anyone help me in getting back my payment?
