I got to know that there is new team which is looking into old orders not fulfilled, and they are calling back the customers and keeping them informed on the products delivery. However, I did receive a call from them on my product promising that things have changed and they have been giving me frequent updates on my product.
I will wait and see the service and the promise if they fulfil and based on which I will rewrite my experience here.
So its a clean slate for them to start with now.
