Its a total shame to note that in a country with more than 100 Cr. Population we are not able to find 11 cricketers to play for the country.

(Every one having power tries to get what he could get out of it)
~ Corrupt people in selection committee.
(Selection committee always trying to favour some one or other for money of any thing)
~ A very manipulative Media which is no better than a prost*tute.
(These people can go to any level to get news out of no where)
The thing that is to be sadly agreed is’GANGULY IS NOT A GOOD CAPTAIN’ but kicking him out alone will do no good. If you are really interested in cleaning this mess. You surely are to have a sore foot as you might have to kick atleast a lot of .@$.S. out.
Today as I was grazing the Hindu I just got a glimse of what said
’Cricket team is like a car . If it has got to work well every part of it should be functioning well’
There was surely a point in the above statement surely controversing my views that you need not kick the whole car of but try to locate the fault and replace the damaged part. that is affecting your effieciency.
Captaincy is an art but it is also a dirty job and it has got to be done by some one.
To be a noted sports person in a country like india you need many thing other than skill in the game.
You need to be shrewd.
You need to be manipulative.
You need to be able to satisfy many authorities.
You need to be good to media.
If anybody is to go out ganguly surely is not the first to be kicked.
