I am writing this review for Hyundai 4S Fluidic Verna 1.6 SX VTVT purchased from Shreenath Hyundai Thane 6 months before.
I came across through some issues in the infotainment system and touchscreen in my car, a horizontal line was appearing on the screen for which I had to approach this Thane dealers service centre. After going over there for 3 times which took approximately a month they took my car in and replaced the system.
After using the replaced system for 2 months again there was an issue in the system, this time music volume automatically used to get reduced and then after few seconds gets back to normal.
This time I contacted them and shouted on them for such issue and asked to put the CRM online but what they did was transferring the call to their colleague and thinking I would be fooled.
I had to send an email to hyundai indias email id and put shreenath hyundai thanes email id in cc complaining about this issue.
Then I got a call from higher authority still not giving me assurance for the same issue and it is still not replaced.
Overall Shreenath Hyundai in Thane are very poor in their after sales service so please have a look before taking a big decision.
