If you go to any online shopping sites and type stitch/tailor machine than you will get more than dozen of options to chose from. I came across this machine, it was a random choice and kind of risk taking since the brand name was unknown but I was ready to go for it as I was not paying for it but one friend as a gift.
The device is not very user friendly since it will take you time to understand the basic simple feature, best advice is to read the user manual before using it so that you can have a proper idea as how to approach it. This device works on electricity, one problem which you will face is that if you use it for continuous 1 hour than it will start to heat and with every minute the heat will keep on increasing.
The product is handy and you can easily carry it in your bag and take it along with you, the style is very decent and simple but the customer service was horrible as they were clueless about my complaint regarding heating issue and couple of features and they didn’t even bother to contact me back. The first problem is that the call doesn’t easily connect you with the service team and the second is that the team is just useless, bunch of jerks who have no idea of what they are doing. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, please don’t buy it.
