I was working with SIEMENS on 3rd party payroll for near about 3 years.I found its management is very good, always learning environment.They are paying good package along with good allowances.As an employee all people feels their comforts and enjoying his job.Their is no any partiality.Their is no any bossism.There is no any feeling for rd party or regular employee.It has too many projects site in india, they provide very nice travelling services to their employees.
