Its not even 3 complete years that I have bought this Siemens WM-12E160IN and the entire drum assembly, bearings and water pump needs replacement. The estimated cost of repair is Rs.25, 000 which is really high. Am very disappointed by the After Sales Service response also as I had to wait for more than 2 weeks and after a very long descriptive email citing facts about the quality of service that I got from the Seimens-Deputy Service Manager in Mumbai that finally my issue with the machine was handled. I had bought this machine by paying a higher price compared to its competitors thinking that Seimens has its name in good quality products but unfortunately that does not seem to be the case.
I would suggest that people think twice before buying any washing machine products of Seimens. Am strongly considering just buying a new washing machine of a different brand.
