SIFY BIG NAMES and SMALL GAMES

I am a subscriber of SIFY since past 7 months. I have been using its 10 Hrs Ltd. package earlier but later I found that on SUNDAYS specially the Net service is slow. I complained the same to my cable operator VASAI CABLE PVT.LTD, confirmed that the problem was from SIFY and he has no control on it. He asked me to contact SIFY CUSTOMER CARE. I tried doing the same.


I got the customer care online after holding the line for more than 25 minutes. The customer care told that the technical team will get back to me but no one got back to me. later the same package worked fine during other weekdays.


The same problem was observed the other sunday. Later I decided to go in for unlimited connection. I paid extra service charge to VCPL for accessing the SIFY unlimited package in VASAI. It worked fine for 4 days was constantly giving me good speeds suddenly my speed dropped to 24 kbps. I was mad. Called up Customer care, they said uve downloaded more than 70mb and its because of that.


I called up Vasai Cable they said its all in control of SIFY and gave me the SIFY Executives no. of Mr. SaCHIn KAKAde. He too confirmed and promised that the problem will be solved within 2 Days and it was not.


Ultimately I went to VASAI CABLE my cable operator meet the main engineer Mr. SAWANT their he gave me an advice to write a mail to SIFY and also gave me a standby account of their own internet service. mr.sawant said to use it for free till my SIFY problem is solved.


I was amazed with the level of co-operation with a local cable operator. I compared both SIFy and Vasai Cable and finally concluded that SIFY only has BIG Names and plays Small Games with the customer like us which is indirectly spoiling its own name. Finally I am very glad to inform that the account given by Mr.sawant worked absolutely fine and later I renewed for VASAI CABLES internet than SIFY and till date its working fine and I am satisfied as I get a total support locally be it speed issue or technical failure.


I am no more wasting time and money in calling customer care nos. of SIFY
