First I recommend ppl going for sify Broadband connection to read my story.
It started like: I have taken a sift connection by paying Rs.800 as to CTO. then I used to call that guy atleast twice in week saying that the connection is working. Very time I call him, he says that he will get it corrected in 1 hr or two. But after two hours I have to call him again, then only he used to look into the issue. this one continued for almost 3 months. One fine day, I lost connection again, when I call that guy he says that very thing is fine with his cable and told that my network card (which is used for internet connection) is problem. I have taken my system to computer guy to get it checked, but there is no problem. I called him again and informed, but he told to check after 1 hr. When I called to check with him, he did not lift the phone.. This Conitued for 2 days. After that I called customer care to register a complaint with them (Complaint no. 3650855). This one of the pathetic customer care service I have seen. I am daily calling these guy from jul 2nd . I have customer care names Suguna, sarawathi, shamera, Abhi (floor Manager), Wasi (technical guy). Very time I call, I listen a same sorry and we are working on the issue and it will solved in a day. But even after 20 days, they are still working on the this issue. I CTO does not lift the phone when I call him. I have called him some 500 times in all these 20 days.. If you want to have a great serivce like this, then I recommend SIFY BROAD BAND
